More Than a Sports Academy
Elite Soccer & Basketball Academy (ESBA) was created to provide youth athletes with access to affordable, high-quality athletic development rooted in mentorship, leadership, and opportunity.
Building champions of character, not just the scoreboard.
Elite Soccer & Basketball Academy exists to develop compassionate competitors who play with heart, persevere through struggle, and lead beyond the game. ESBA is built around the belief that youth sports should strengthen skill, identity, confidence, discipline, and empathy—not just records and rankings.
History & Vision
ESBA was designed as a dual-sport academy because complete athletes are not built through one-dimensional repetition alone. Soccer and basketball challenge young athletes in complementary ways, helping them become more adaptable, more durable, and more emotionally mature. For 2026–2027, ESBA is intentionally focused on U12 so the academy can provide sharper instruction, stronger culture, and a clearer development pathway.
Mission Statement
To develop young athletes who excel on the field, on the court, and in life by cultivating empathy, resilience, teamwork, and excellence through elite-level soccer and basketball training.
The E.L.I.T.E. Standard

ESBA 2026 - 2027 Coaches
Coach Dylan is a U.S. Soccer Federation C Licensed Coach and experienced youth development specialist with over 15 years of playing experience, including competing in the UPSL and representing the Bolivia U17 National Team.
He is dedicated to developing technically skilled, confident, and intelligent players through structured training, safe environments, and a coaching philosophy grounded in professionalism, accountability, and respect for the game. ⚽
Coach Jamie is a former professional player who competed with New York Red Bulls II, the Harrisburg City Islanders, and the Baltimore Blast—winning two MASL Championships and even appearing in the International Champions Cup against Chelsea FC.
Now recognized as one of EDP’s 30 Under 30 Promising Young Coaches, he brings elite playing experience and a passion for youth development to help young athletes grow in skill, confidence, and understanding of the game. ⚽
Coach Buckingham is a USAF veteran, licensed clinical psychotherapist, performance and wellbeing coach, former championship basketball player and licensed soccer coach who led the Global Gladiators youth soccer team to multiple tournament titles in 2023.
Known as The E.R. Doctor™, he brings over 25 years of leadership, resilience training, and athlete development experience to help young players grow on and off the field. His coaching blends technical skill development with leadership, resilience, and strong team culture. ⚽🏀
